Tomasz Łapiński
President of the Cordia’s Poland Management Board and Head of Residential Development
President of the Polnord’s Management Board
From December 2021 Tomasz Łapiński took over the position of Managing Director of Residential Investments of Cordia Polska and took over the duties of the President of the Management Board of Polnord SA.
Tomasz Łapiński has been associated with the Cordia Group since December 2017. Until July 2020, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Cordia Group, and since 2019 also a Member of the Management Board of Cordia International. In the period April – July 2020, he was a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director at Polnord SA. From March 2021, he was a member of the Management Board of Cordia Polska as Vice President and Chief Development Officer.
Tomasz Łapiński in the years 1998-2000 worked as an analyst at Central Europe Trust Polska, and in the years 2000-2008 at UniCredit CAIB Poland – an investment bank belonging to the UniCredit Group. In the years 2008 – 2017 he was a member of the Management Board of Ronson Development. Until April 2017 he acted as Chief Financial Officer of Ronson when he took the position of CEO. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Péter Bódis

Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Cordia Group
Peter Bodis has been CFO and Member of the Management Board of the Cordia Group since August 2020.
Peter has spent over 20 years in the investment fund management industry. He worked in most of his career at Unicredit’s investment management arm, Pioneer Investments and its preceding companies under Bank Austria, based mainly in Vienna and Warsaw. From 2011 to 2018, he was Chief Investment Officer and Vice President of the Management Board at Pioneer Investments’ Polish unit in Warsaw, which was the oldest and largest mutual fund manager on the Polish market with over 5bn euro assets under management.
Prior to that, he spent 8 years in Pioneer Investments’ Vienna office, managing investment funds dedicated to Eastern Europe. He started his professional career in 1997 in the asset management department of Creditanstalt Securities in Budapest. Péter Bódis obtained a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Budapest in 1998, holds the title of Charted Financial Analyst, is fluent in 5 languages.
