We started our operations in Poland in 2011
with development of residential estates in Krakow. Currently, we are building and delivering thousands of apartments in subsequent projects in Krakow, Warsaw, the Tricity, and Poznan.
Our growing project portfolio
includes completed estates in Warsaw such as Horyzont Praga, Zielone Bemowo, and Fantazja, six completed projects in Krakow, including Supernova, Cystersów Garden, Lotniczówka, and Jerozolimska, as well as the completed first stage of the Villa Jaśkowa estate in Gdansk.
Poland is a key market for Cordia,
which is why we plan to consistently strengthen our position on the market, both by launching further projects in the cities where we have operated so far and by expanding to other cities. In 2021, the company issued bonds on the Catalyst market for the first time in its history.
