STYLISH ARCHITECTURE OF HIGH STANDARD

Jeżyce can boast tenement houses that are among the most beautiful in their style. Our architects knew that the light, warm color palette together with brick accents on the facade fits perfectly here. The completed building of phase I of Modena catches the attention of passersby with its unforced elegance and details such as the curved balcony railings at the intersection of Wawrzyniaka and Jackowskiego streets. Phase II is a continuation of this very successful architectural concept. Also here, varied types of balconies with openwork elements were used, the arrangement of which gives dynamism to the whole structure. It is impossible to pass by this investment indifferently.

GREENERY PEEKS THROUGH THE WINDOWS

There are more than several 100-year-old plane trees on the Modena site, which perfectly complement the new development. These beautiful trees mark the axis of the project, enriching it with an unusual - for the whole city - green attraction. The first part of the plane tree avenue was made available together with phase I of the project, and another section of the avenue will begin to be enjoyed by future residents after the first building of phase II is completed. In the shade of the mighty plane trees, children will be able to play and adults will be able to relax. Where there are trees, there are also birds, which have already begun to nest in specially prepared birdhouses.

COMMON AREAS - HARMONY OF BLACK AND WHITE

The common areas combine modern elegance with subtle references to history. The finish in tones of black and white, complemented by mirrors, creates a cohesive and stylish space. The first and second phases of the project maintain visual harmony, although they differ in details, which emphasizes the unique character of each part. Colorful mosaics adorning the exterior and interior walls, created by a local artist and craftsman, stand out in the entrance areas. Their design is inspired by the history of the “Modena” garment factory, combining tradition with modern design.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE

Modena is a place where everyday comfort goes hand in hand with functionality.
A garage with bicycle spaces, bike lockers, and storage rooms has been prepared for residents. In Phase II, the garage entrance will be equipped with a licence plate recognition system, thus eliminating the problem of lost remote controls. There are also trolley rooms and two lifts in each staircase for convenient mobility.
A thoughtful detail is the system doormats in front of all flat doors, thanks to which the cleanliness and aesthetic consistency of the common areas are maintained. Safety is ensured by 24-hour monitoring and security. Here, everything has been created with convenience in mind.

Representative lobby

A perfectly designed lobby, finished with elegant materials of the highest quality, is located in phase I of the development. The entrance areas in phase II will be decorated with a specially designed mosaic made by a local artist-craftsman.

Thanks to photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the buildings, the common areas will benefit from green energy for their lighting. Retention tanks will allow rainwater to be used to automatically irrigate plants on the estate.
