optional costs of tenant modifications;

interest on late payments;

any potential increase of the value added tax (VAT) rate before the full settlement of the purchase price;

any additional payment resulting from the settlement of the geodetic survey of the premises;

operating costs understood as the costs of managing the common property, which in particular include rent and property management costs as defined in the Act on Ownership of Premises, including all liabilities arising from contracts for the supply of utilities (electricity, water, central heating, and other utilities), cleaning, security, insurance, etc.;

reimbursement of fees related to the conversion of the perpetual usufruct right into ownership.
