The charm of contemporary Podgórze district is made up of a small-town atmosphere, with history that makes you want to take walks to discover all of its hidden mysteries. The City Center is only 15 minutes away.
The Jerozolimska building was designed with four commercial spaces. There are shops and restaurants in the closest vicinity. Also in the area there are educational institutions: kindergartens, primary and secondary schools – among them the well-reputed Jan Matejko Primary School and Tadeusz Kościuszko No. 4 High School.
We have prepared a wide range of propositions for the future residents of the Jerozolimska estate. Apartment sizes are planned in a way that allows anyone to customize it to their particular needs.
