Second phase of investment in Gdansk with occupancy permit
Cordia Polska completed the second and at the same time the last stage of the Villa Jaśkowa Dolina estate located in Gdańsk’s Wrzeszcz. In June this year, the handing over of keys to new flat owners began. Thus, Cordia’s first investment in the Tri-City has been completed, two more are in progress and a fourth is already planned.
The construction of the second phase of the Villa Jaśkowa Dolina estate included 4 buildings with 118 flats ranging in size from 34 to 131 square metres. In total, 215 flats in 9 cosy buildings were built in both stages of the project in the Jaśkowa Dolina Park buffer zone. The still available offer includes flats with areas ranging from 44 to 125 sqm.
The estate is unique in terms of location – in the immediate vicinity of the Jaśkowa Dolina Forest Park, but at the same time well connected to the centre of Gdańsk thanks to buses, trams and a nearby train station. In the vicinity, there are not only schools and higher education institutions, but also places with a rich offer of services and entertainment. The estate itself is characterised by comfortable units with spacious balconies on the floors or private gardens on the ground floors. Numerous leisure and recreation areas have been designed for residents, such as an outdoor gym, gazebos with hammocks and deckchairs, an excellently equipped wooden playground and a neighbourhood garden library. In total, there is approximately 4,500 square metres of green space throughout the estate! This allowed the project to also include rain gardens to promote water retention and bird feeders and nesting boxes.
