MURAL INSPIRED BY NATURE

A unique mural, inspired by a motif of a handmade folk paper cutout by the artist, was created on a wall with an area of 375 m². The project was created for the future residents of the Hi Mokotów housing estate, who will be able to admire it up close while walking by. The composition, full of greenery, plants, and birds, refers to the harmony of nature.
What is more, the mural was painted with anti-smog paints with photocatalytic properties, which means that their molecules break down pollutants in the air when exposed to sunlight.

CHANGES ON BOKSERSKA STREET

In parallel with the construction of the Hi Mokotow development, a reconstruction of the crossroads at Bokserska Street will be carried out. As a result, not only will there be a traffic circle, which will increase safety on the access road to the development, but also new sidewalks with a total area of 873 m² made of slabs and mineral paving, and a bicycle path with an area of 198 m². The reconstruction will also include three benches, ten bicycle racks and new greenery plantings - 27 trees and about 1180 m² of shrubs will be planted. The whole project will be enriched with elements of small architecture, which will certainly have a positive impact on the neighborhood of Bokserska Street and the Hi Mokotow housing development.
