Michał Melaniuk

From 2014 Head of Residential Development of Cordia Poland.

In 2020 Cordia acquired a majority stake in Polnord S.A., a Polish development company. In April 2020, Michał Melaniuk has been entrusted with the function of the President of the Management Board at Polnord. In July 2020 r. he has also been appointed President of the Polish-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, with Cordia being a founder member.

Prior to joining Cordia Poland, Michał Melaniuk worked for Skanska Group for almost 4 years. First as vice-president, and then the president of Skanska Residential Development Poland he was responsible for introducing the company to the Polish market, its further development as well as the coordination of the first residential projects. From 2007 to 2011 Melaniuk worked as the commercial director at GTC S.A., a company which is one of the major developers in CEE and SEE regions. He started his professional career in 1998 in the structures of the Golub-Europe investment and development company, presently Avestus Real Estate. He was the commercial director in the company until 2007. Michał Melaniuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

Tomasz Łapiński

Since March 2021 – again at Cordia Poland as a Chief Development Officer / Deputy Head and Vice President of the Management Board.

Since December 2017 until July 2020, he was a financial director of the Cordia Group and since 2019 also a Board Member of Cordia International. In the period April - July 2020, he was a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director at Polnord S.A. Since July 2020 he is a Member of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee at Polnord S.A.

In the years 1998 – 2000 he worked as analyst at Central Europe Trust Poland and in 2000 – 2008, he worked at UniCredit CAIB Poland – an investment bank belonging to the UniCredit Group. In the years 2008 – 2017, he was the financial director of the Ronson Group. In April 2017, Tomasz Łapiński took over the duties of CEO of Ronson Europe. Łapiński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics where he earned his degree in Finance and Banking.

Péter Bódis

Vice President of Cordia’s Poland Management Board
Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Cordia Group

Peter Bodis has been CFO and Member of the Management Board of the Cordia Group since August 2020.

Peter has spent over 20 years in the investment fund management industry. He worked in most of his career at Unicredit’s investment management arm, Pioneer Investments and its preceding companies under Bank Austria, based mainly in Vienna and Warsaw. From 2011 to 2018, he was Chief Investment Officer and Vice President of the Management Board at Pioneer Investments’ Polish unit in Warsaw, which was the oldest and largest mutual fund manager on the Polish market with over 5bn euro assets under management.

Prior to that, he spent 8 years in Pioneer Investments’ Vienna office, managing investment funds dedicated to Eastern Europe. He started his professional career in 1997 in the asset management department of Creditanstalt Securities in Budapest. Péter Bódis obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Budapest in 1998, holds the title of Charted Financial Analyst, is fluent in 5 languages.
